Ingredients
- 1/2 to a whole banana
- 1/3 can coconut milk
- 1/2 cup cold filtered water or almond milk or kefir
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2-3 tablespoons nut or seed butter (almond peanut, cashew or sun butter)
- 2 free-range egg yolks or 1 scoop grass-fed whey protein powder
- Ice as needed
